How long does it take for a taxi to arrive?
From the area of Flamingo, Potrero, Las Catalinas, Huacas, Playa Grande and Tamarindo you only have to book with a minimum of 30 minutes. Normally 30 minutes is the maximum waiting time. But there are cases where we have vehicles so close that they don’t even take 5 minutes to wait.
What payment methods are available?
We only work with cash at the moment, the client has to pay directly to the assigned driver. Once you are given a price for your service and you agree and confirm the service, we will send you the information of the driver and vehicle which will arrive for you in a maximum time of 30 minutes.
Why can’t I pay with my credit card?
Lately in the country some banks have had some failures with electronic payments and to avoid misunderstandings and loss of time in repairing the error, the best would be cash payments.
An online payment method is currently being developed where you can pay with 100% security and without errors. We try to have the best ones for your safety and ours. This service will be available from June of this year.
If I don’t have cash? Can the conduit pass an ATM along the way?
Of course. If you do not have cash, the driver will gladly take you to an ATM along the way so you can withdraw money to pay for the service.

Do you have transportation for a group of 10 people?
For large groups we have Minibuses and Buses with a capacity of 10 to 20 people. In high season such as November, December and January you have to book with a minimum of 5 hours and in low season which is from February to October you have to book with a minimum of 2 hours.
